The international boarding school is a school for scouts all over the world. The vision is to be a life preparing school, where the students develop and grow to become independent and responsible.

They will learn what is to come in their futures both humanely, academically and practically. Therefore, it is the school's job to put a focus on the student's democracy, participation, trust and the binding community. In order to strengthen the student's development, it is important for the students to learn tolerance, empathy, cooperation, dialog, reflection and promote independence instead of selfishness.

It is vital for the school to create a motivating environment with insight through playing as a main value. The values are built up through the beliefs about learning through playing, games, simulations and outdoor classes. That is what makes students feel the inner joy of learning. We want them to use their skills and talents through playing, learning and appreciative communication.

We believe in trying all kinds of things, including making mistakes and learning from those experiences. This gives the students the opportunity to have an ownership of their own learning and their development of leadership skills. All of this is value that strengthens the community and all of this is what the international boarding school offers the students.
