What can a year in a boarding school do for the students?
A year at boarding school can develop your inner- and external values and the value of a strong community.
In regards to inner values the year can offer the student:
Reflection, tolerance, motivation, trust, hopes, dreams, responsibility, independence, acceptance ,respect and most of all, maturity.
As for external values you gain an education together with other scouts by learning by doing through using gameplay, outdoor classes, sports, creative ways and to have fun when you are learning. You will also learn about religion and other cultures.
Through the unique community the students find friends for life and a space for every religion, culture and individual person. The community also helps develop and build empathy, cooperation, participation, dialog, safety, student democracy, binding community and the chance to be social. All of this is possible because different people are living in one harmony.
