Student payment 

 

The student payment is DKK 2560 per. week for 42 weeks for the school year 2025 / 2026  which will be a total of 107.520 DKK  

 

In addition, there are expenses for (Survival trip, skiing trip, scout badges and a Scout scarf) of a total of 12.480 DKK

 

The total student payment for the course thus amounts to 120.000 DKK .

 

The student payment listed above includes all expenses for materials, excursions, trips abroad mv. Just not  pocket money, year clothes or a song book these are volunteer expenses.

 

Deposit of 6000 DKK  must be paid no later than 01.07.2025 prior to the start of the course.

 

The school deducts the state student support in the deductible, which is done in 10 equal monthly installments rates with payment deadline on the 1st of the month. First time on 1 August prior to course start. Last payment is thus May 1 of the school year.

Each month there is payd 11.400 DKK. Danish people can support from the government while foirent students  can get a special agreement to pay less, up to only half of the amount 5.700 DKK. This is not a possibility for every one, only does who really can not pay the amount, and only if the school accept it. So please be aware that it is possible you get a NO

Registration fee

• A registration fee is non-refundable.

• It should not exceed 1,000 DKK, as it should only cover the costs of enrollment.

• No registration fee should be charged for being on a waiting list.

 

Security deposit

• A deposit is paid as security for the fulfillment of the parents' obligations and is refunded at the time of stay completion.

• If the obligations are not met, the school can set off amounts due in the deposit.

• It should not exceed 6,000 DKK.

 

 

Unsubscribe fee

• A cancellation fee before school starts should not exceed DKK 6,000.

• Any prepaid tuition and the rest of the deposit will be refunded.

• It can be reduced after a concrete assessment of the reason, or if the place can be filled from the waiting list

 

Absence or cancellation fee

• An absence or interruption fee should not exceed DKK 8,000.

• It can be set off against the deposit and prepaid tuition fees. Excess deposit and tuition fees will be refunded.

• It can be reduced after a concrete assessment of the reason, or if the place can be filled from the waiting list.
